Responsible for managing the governance of security services delivered to the organization and establishing quality assurance processes to ensure Information Communication Technology (ICT) security services are delivered within pre-defined cyber risk and maturity levels.

Security Operations & Governance:

- Support in developing a vision and roadmap for the development of Cybersecurity Operational technical capabilities that are responsible for providing to the enterprise.

- Manages enterprise cybersecurity technology needs, stakeholder relationships, and capability maturity.

- Collaborates with others to drive enterprise-wide adoption of cybersecurity capabilities under their leadership.

- Govern security tools like DLP, Deception, EDR, WAF, SOC, etc. and suggest or amend policies, and controls as required by the business.

- Evaluate new security solutions and their implementation within given timelines as per organization needs

- Perform cyber risks assessment exercises regularly

- Dark web/Deep Web monitoring and governance

- Investigate critical DLP events monitoring and mature process with the business team

- Fake domain monitoring & take down process establishment through available solution monitoring

- Reverse engineering understanding

- Incident response handling for critical /high priority incidents/events and being SPOC for SOC incidents with a partner providing these services

- Red Teaming activity knowledge and support

- Track and report vendor/partner risks from the Cybersecurity side

- Solid understanding of technology skill sets from the IT and security side

- Prepare Management dashboard reports
