Manager - Security - Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)
Designation : Manager - Security
Function : Section Head - Security.
Job Band : 10
Reporting to : Function Head - Human Resources.
Job Profile :
- Manage safety and security of physical assets, land, properties, employees and their families in plant and residential colony.
- Ensure that unauthorized entries at the gates are stopped.
- Employees/ visitors/ contractors/ contract labours are properly checked / frisked at the gates.
- Ensure proper security vigilance for zero incidents of pilferage and thefts, law and order.
- Build intelligence network to take preventive action, contingency plan to cope up with crisis situation.
- Manage traffic management of trucks/vehicles.and related safety norms in the plant.
- Adherence to DuPont safety standards, system compliance and ABG Operations Excellence framework.
- Maintain good liaison with local administration like police, panchayat, fire service and other government agencies.
Person Profile:
Age : Around 40 years.
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience : Ex-Army only not below Captain Rank or, CRPF/BSF /Allied services background not below Inspector/Asstt Commandant with minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing sector. Should be computer literate.
Salary offered: 10 - 13 LPA
