Manager - Securitization - Bank

Our client is a Bank in Mumbai. They have a business that deals with Securitization of Loans with other Financial Institutions. We are looking for someone who has experience of the same in a Rating Agency or Financial Institution or Investment Bank

The Broad Job Responsibilities will be as follows :

- Support Relationship Managers in managing Corporate Client relationships and new business development. Involvement in the entire process from sourcing of clients, preparing credit proposal, documentations, disbursement and continuous monitoring.

- Writing of Credit proposals for Securitization. Monthly pay-out calculations and review of the Securitisation portfolio

- Co-ordination with Client, credit, legal team and Credit Administration department for On-boarding new clients and continuous monitoring.

- Detailed credit analysis of the client which include management inter-action, financial analysis, peer comparison, industry analysis, structure analysis

- Client briefing memo and news updates tracking, with financial summary

- Any sporadic projects / requirements that may come-up

Educational Qualification : CA/MBA/CFA
