Manager - Search Engine Optimization - Internet/Online (2-5 yrs)
Position - Manager, Organic Growth
Job Responsibilities
1. Managing and executing Search Engine Optimization activities including website audit & webmaster sitemap submission, keyword research, content analysis and content generation.
2. Improve SEO performance focused on Organic Search & YouTube Search moving quickly to implement ideas and delivering results
3. Identifying strategic opportunities and prioritizing them against other tactical actions to achieve a balance of short term and long term performance.
4. Perform keyword research and content gap Analysis to come up with campaign and content planning.
5. Auditing and analysing identifying issues, finding root-cause, and experimenting with solutions at scale in order to improve organic performance.
6. Partnering with teams outside of Organic Marketing and educating multiple stakeholders to implement SEO best practices.
7. Setting up measurement metrics to monitor organic performance across channels.
Skills & Qualifications
1. 2-5 Years of experience in eCommerce / online marketing / organic growth role including time in a dedicated SEO role.
2. Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment.
3. Comfort with tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, keyword tracker etc
4. Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses of marketing programs
5. Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.
6. Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion.
7. Evidence of influencing and challenging key stakeholders to implement SEO.
8. Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams.
9. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
CTC on offer : 8 to 12 lakhs per annum
