Manager - Scrum Master - IT Projects - BFSI Domain

Roles and Responsibilities:

Scrum Master will be responsible for Scrum teams and project management

- 9+ years of experience (2-8 years as a Scrum Master)

- Provide hands-on management and coaching of Scrum teams in all aspects of Scrum:

 - Facilitating daily Stand-Up meetings

 - Backlog refinement

- Sprint planning

- Sprint demo and retrospective meetings

- Self-organisation

- Collaboration

- Iterative development

- Managing flow

- Calculating velocity

- Limiting work in progress, etc.

- In-depth experience in mentoring teams and individuals on agile values, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc.

- Strong experience on driving agile transformations from design to implementation.

- Excellent Communication Skills (4/5)

- Good Knowledge in BFSI Domain

- Candidate selection criteria by client (2 client round is must)

Role Description:

- Having an industry experience of 9 to 14 years in IT with experience in application development, testing, deployment and delivery.

- Proven experience in project management of at least 5 years.

- Expertise in executing projects in Agile methodology.

- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.

- Excellent technical knowledge and banking domain knowledge.

- Experience in determining and overseeing consistent development, testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.

- Experience in Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence and SVN.

- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and nontechnical staff.

- Must be able to Work well under pressure, handling projects that have real-time high dependency and challenging business deadlines.

- Must have Good leadership, decision-making, and organisation skills. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office products. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

- Ability to assess the system or application under test to organize approaches for testing and defect resolution.

- Safe Agile Scrum Certifications is a plus.
