Manager - SCM & Demand Planning - Consumer Durable

- Accountable for the sales and operational planning process within region across the rolling 18 month planning horizon, with a particular focus on M+4.

- Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting efforts and build processes and leverage systems to ensure accurate forecasts for regional demand of global product

- Collaborate with branch colleagues to capture key challenges, risks, and issues affecting supply of global product.

- Coordinate the individual branch demand forecasts to arrive at a consensus demand forecast for global products in the region and submit the demand forecast to the UK Centre of Excellence for aggregation into a global plan

- Develop a deep understanding of the key drivers, markets, and stakeholders of the local businesses within your region

- Ensure compliance to the S&OP process across the regional branches, particularly adherence to the S&OP calendar

- Develop reporting of key metrics, KPIs, S&OP scorecard at regional level that aligns with the UK based Centre of Excellence approach for clarity and consistency across the business

- Diliver against key planning and business KPI's, monitor and report forecast bias & accuracy results to Inventory Planning Manager and provide to UK based Centre of Excellence

- Support the consistent implementation of company initiatives and seek continuous process improvement in the collation and accuracy of the demand forecasts
