Manager-SAS Analytics -SAS -SQL- BFSI

- Responsible for developing and managing SAS and SQL reporting solutions and delivery, including both the planning and design of new solutions to support the department's reporting requirements, ongoing management, production support, monitoring, and accountability for those solutions

- Engage with business stakeholders and advise strategic solutions for their business intelligence needs

- Understand how the delivery of the MI captured

- Requirements should be documented to assist technicians to build the functional/ integration component

- Delivery is expected through an Agile delivery model delivering the outputs on the Teradata(database), Informatica and SAS (ETL) and Qlik (presentation layer)

- Design, track and interpret key performance indicators and analytical models driving Field Operations strategy and productivity

- Recommend and establish action plans based on such indicators/models to mitigate risks and optimize Field performance

- Prepare upper management for strategy discussions, weekly and monthly results

- Create/maintain static and Ad-Hoc deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician level efficiency

- Compile/mine data from multiple business sources

- Requires specialized / advanced database skills in order to perform more complex analytical functions

- Excellent communication / presentation skills, both verbal and written with ability to translate information so that users can effectively understand and make meaningful, informed decisions and recommendations

- Ability to develop project plans, works independently and effectively under time constraints within a fast paced environment to deliver results by critical deadlines

- Ability to build business and technical relationships other business partners

- Analytical capability to stand behind and support complex, large data sets based in operations data, preferably with six sigma analytical techniques

- Capability to use common analytical software packages and produce reporting products with those packages, SAS and Excel
