Role Purpose :

- End to end ownership of all HR systems at Colt. Need to support all systems, understand end user requirement and manage key stakeholders from an HR systems, HR projects & related processes.

- Need to lead all HR systems changes and ensure seamless transition from one system to another if required. Should be able to identify and highlight any impacts due to regular updates and schedules releases/ version.

- Ensure that end users and key participants are educated through timely trainings and end user sessions

Key Accountabilities :

- Understands and drive changes in the HR work structure, workflows and its alignment with the HR business needs.

- Understands and translates current business processes in to that of HR Systems.

- Creates change documentation for a HR system related changes.

- Identifies any Gaps in mapping between Oracle Fusion and current 11i HR system.

- Assists with the provision of awareness / system related documents / material to end users.

- Work in Collaboration with ERP IT team and Fusion Implementation team for all activities related to HRMS.

- SAP Success factors functional expertise along with implementation knowledge.

- Participate and identify system process improvements initiatives.

- Create test scenarios from a Core HR and other workflows perspective.

- Participate in User acceptance test as required.

- Answer and resolve all customer queries during the support period.

- Conducts training for new modules launched.

- Partners with Group HR and IT to implement and maintain appropriate HRIS infrastructure / HR systems like HR Module in Oracle.

- Identify opportunities for automating HR processes and drive its implementation with support from IT team.

- Supports HR users to improve data integrity within HRIS.

- Liaises with internal and external providers to ensure SLAs are met.

- Manages all user aspects of HR Systems .

- Develops and delivers standard MI reporting as well as ad hoc reports as requested by users

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Knowledge of Core HR (work-structures, compensation, workflows etc. in Oracle EBS module MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

- Business Acumen, Project Management and Finance domain knowledge is required along with the technical/functional expertise

- Graduate in any Stream with certifications related to SAP implementation

- Should have experience in implementation projects in HR domain
