Job Profile

1. Candidate should have at least 12+ years of overall experience including 9+ years of SAP implementation and support experience primarily on Controlling modules like Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Material Ledger, Actual costing and adequate knowledge of FI areas like New GL, Asset Accounting, Funds Management, AP, AR, GL.

2. Candidate would be a part of the - Group IT team- and report to FICO lead.

3. Able to collaborate with the business and lead various IT initiatives in the Costing, Finance, Management accounting, Finance and Reporting areas

4. Able to drive Finance-IT programs (with an existing foundation of SAP) independently with very little supervision

5. Strong communication skills with ability to convince various levels of management about the Finance-IT strategy

6. Good network in the Finance-IT sphere and in relevant SAP or other customer user groups, so as to leverage the knowledge gained for Group's benefit

7. Must have worked on at least 3-4 full life-cycle SAP implementations within India and abroad.

8. Should have good design and configuration knowledge in processes like Made to Order, Made to Stock, Process orders, Discrete and Repetitive processes, Batch costing, Variant configuration, ML closing, Settlement processes, Derivations and Table lookups, Form based reporting in COPA.

9. Should have good integration knowledge of PP, MM, SD and BI areas. Familiarity with new suite of applications like S/4 HANA Finance solution will be an advantage.
