Salesforce Automation Operations Manager About the role : - The role will be responsible for leading strategic Sales Force Automation systems operations and innovations across. - The role will be required to drive strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders. - The individual will be expected to drive the implementation and maturity of the SFA platforms along with other integrated commercial solutions and align the technology strategy in partnership with the Commercial teams. - The role will also work with key business stakeholders to drive demand management and capacity planning for the SFA digital platforms. This leader will work closely with the Digital, SAP Delivery Team, CTO, CISO and analytics leader. - Candidates will be preferred from Industries like FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharma, Brewery etc. Education : B.Sc(IT/Computers)/BCA/B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(IT/Computers)
