Job Description : - Responsible for the Wire Termination segment, creating a product line that consumers needs and execution throughout the product lifecycle and maximizing sales potential from target markets. - Developing appropriate sales channels, and executing territory marketing plans, through extensive all over India to travel into specific regions. - The position will also need to manage the sales in LV Pump and Lighting segment. - Understand the norms, Market size, Segments etc. and present a business case for the further investment - Work closely with the Key influencers like electricians, wholesalers, retailers, electrical consultants, electrical contractors, Government agencies, builders etc. - Work effectively with International Business Unit Managers to develop regional and territory-specific marketing plans
