Hiring Sales Manager for a reputed US Based BPO in Bangalore
We have an opportunity for the role of Sales manager with an US based BPO Client based out of Bangalore (near cantonment).
Experience: 4+ years in International sales(USA/UK)
Shift timings: UK shift(4.00 pm to 1.00 am)
JD as follows:
- Develop a sustainable client network for our diverse domains such as Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Media, Tourism, Travel & Hospitality, Insurance, Real estate/Mortgage, CPG & Publishing focusing on international markets.
- Research market trends and drive aggressive territory expansion.
- Work closely with service delivery teams to develop a long-term plan and a strong pipeline of projects that align with the yearly growth target.
- Develop and drive aggressive sales team from scratch to achieve growth and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will expand the company's customer base and strengthen its position and share in the market.
- Assist in recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring sales representatives' performance.
- Give insight on branding and business development activities to the marketing team.
- Utilize various sources, lead generation companies, and social platforms to develop prospect lists.
- Engage in social media marketing for our brand and services.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation/Post Graduation
