Manager - Sales Training - OEM

Experience : Minimum 3+years

Education : BE or MBA (Regular)

Please NOTE : Experience into SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) is must.

Job Role :

- Understanding training planning and readiness for sales training from the base.

- Budget Planning and preparation of items for operation of Sales Training.

- Acumen to prepare and plan short and midterm basis for the expansion of the training facilities and operations related to Sales Training.

Training Operation Sales :

- Understanding of Evaluation and selection of Training Partners.

- Excellent understanding of Training Needs identification.

- Should have knowledge of preparation & Planning of Training Calendar for sales

- Strong knowledge into SSI. To be able to guide the content team and Partners for development of content for various training stakeholders in Sales.

- To Foster and develop the Sales Training Team.

- Lead and motivate the team members.
