Manager - Training
- Will be responsible for Sales Training (Pre Sales) PAN India team.
- 6+ years in Training function.
- Experience of working with push strategy
- Extensive experience in sales training function in the distribution/ telecom/ insurance sector will be an added advantage
- Experience in training in Modern Trade & General Trade segment.
- Experience of Rural Marketing. For eg. Dairy products, solar equipment, NGO or selling financial products in rural India
Areas of Responsibility :
- Content development and designing
- To build a complete training module including content, delivery which can help sell better to the customer
- Understand barrier in selling.
- Understand psychology of customer
- Engage customer more effectively
- New Staff Induction training programs
- Training Programs with New Clients
- Designing & Implementation of Certification
- Management and designing of Digital Training Tools
- Assessment and follow up action of Training programs
- Training Effectiveness assessment and action thereof
- Monthly Rostering of Training Programs along with partners.
- Quarterly Training & Assessment for Internal Sales team
