Manager - Sales Training - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for a candidate from premier business schools for the position of Manager - Sales Training with a leading MNC FMCG firm based out of North India.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales operations
- Strategic Planning
- Develop an Annual Sales Training Plan and develop Training Roadmap for different roles.
- Organize training materials for use in delivery for all levels.
- Deliver Training Programs according to plan.
- RTM - Channel Partners Management.
- Channel Development
Candidates only from 2007-2010 batch who are associate with reputed FMCG companies can apply for this position.
CTC can go upto 20-22 lakhs.
