Job Description

Reporting and Analysis

- Create, maintain, and enhance a suite of standardised reports to support the sales team and senior management using sales force.

- Conduct analysis to understand the health of the sales pipeline drawing insight to s upport the formulation of appropriate action plans.

Sales Strategy and Planning

- Act as the strategy enabler for the business leader, working in close collaboration wit h Growth, Transformation Services and Strategic Deal Leaders

- Be the strategic partner and help in identifying new growth areas, support the vertic\al priorities by leveraging and coordinating with the entire ecosystem

- Ensuring overall standardization and streamlining of the sales management functions in the vertical

- Enable the adoption and cadence of sales governance. Driving conversations on lead management, Deal and pipeline reviews

- Responsible for supporting Sales planning and forecasting

- Collaborate across multiple teams (Finance, Marketing, bid Management) to drive sales governance and growth

Go to market Strategy :

- Driving demand generation initiatives across multiple channels to generate incremental pipeline and drive net new sales

- Cross functional collaboration with Research, Marketing, Inside Sales, Bid Management et c. to effectively plan and execute market strategy

- Developing a strong knowledge of the industry and analyse current & future technology, in dustry and market trends to drive intelligent conversations with the sales team
