1. Sales Strategy
- Creating business plans for sales verticals, incentives, financial products, budgeting and approvals, GTM strategy, MIS reports, operations and other support structure followed by implementation of strategic & tactical initiatives towards revenue generation for projects
- Ownership of P&L - Engaging with client & various stakeholders to understand project requirements followed by decision on sales ladder and plans to achieve business objectives
- Development of policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, marketing and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning between stakeholders
2. Inventory, Pricing and Product Strategy
- Involved in product strategy - Conceptualization, Mix and Positioning across different markets basis market and business requirements
- Implementing Inventory optimization and develop Pricing strategy during product launches along with ad hoc changes in real time scenarios to achieve business
3. Marketing Strategy
- Involved in ATL/BTL marketing communication strategies & phasing over a product launch lifecycle
- Lead Role in a 4500+ units worth 1000 Cr affordable residential product launch
4. Market and Customer Intelligence
- Gather and analyse data from primary/secondary research to enhance customer lifecycle and experience across different markets
- Tracking market in terms of consumer behaviour/insights, competitive movement, economic changes and its effects
5. Home loans - Post sales Collections
- Liaising with banks/FIs for financial product closures and project related approvals
- Single handedly led a team of 7 for home loans and end to end Collections for one of the biggest real estate launches worth 1000 Cr selling 5000+ homes
