The sales strategy manager is responsible to guide and aid sales team into achieving revenue and growth targets. Job Objectives 1. Build and implement business development strategies to penetrate the market and maximise revenue. 2. Engage with the sales team throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise revenue extraction from existing customers 3. Identify, create and implement efficient business models and/or best practices for OYO's corporate customers 4. Work with cross-functional teams to enhance OYO's business service offering 5. Develop and implement Balanced Scorecard to track strategic KPIs and business performance indicators. 6. Participate in quarterly business reviews and present insights to Sales Management and Sales Team. 7. Communicate the company's Sales objectives to sales team and sales leadership. This is a leadership role and requires regular interactions with OYO's senior management therefore, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence decision-makers. The positions reports in AVP Corporate Sales. Preferable: 1. Candidates from Tier 1 B Schools preferred 2. Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Strategy role. 3.
