Our clients are a Leading Global MNC Specialty / Performance Chemicals organization having its Head Office in Mumbai and operations across India and South Asia (Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal). They have profitable & growing operations.

Our clients are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to be based in Mumbai and take ownership of India, Bangladesh, and other markets.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile

1. Achieve sales targets through existing and new clients with a team

2. Identify new applications for existing products

3. Work closely with Technical & Manufacturing Teams of customers and coordinate with in-house technical support for existing offerings and introduction of new products

4. Coordinate with other functions including SCM, logistics, After-Sales service

Candidate Profile

1. Engineers in B.Sc (Chem), Engineers (preferably Chemical Engineering / Polymers / Paints/ Plastics Technology) with 6- 15 years of sales management experience preferably in Specialty / Performance Chemicals

2. Strong commercial & contract management experience

3. Stong team management experience

4. Preferably India and multi-country experience

5. Exposure to working on Salesforce.com

The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks.
