Solar Sales Manager - Uzbekistan
Our client who is well know in Solar Industry is looking for Solar Sales Manager - Uzbekistan
Job Location : Uzbekistan / Kazakhstan
Job Responsibility:
- Capturing arising market opportunities
- Acquisitions of new customers
- Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
- Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
- Support marketing activities and market communications
- Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
- Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
- Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients (min 50%)
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor's in Engineering and Master would be an advantage
- Good understanding of Solar PV market in central Asia / Uzbekistan / Kazakhstan
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years successful B2B and B2C sales experience ideally in Power Sector / PV/ Solar industry (Reputed solar companies; Solar experience ( solar modules sales, solar project sales or solar Inverters sales)
- Ability to negotiate on sales contract.
- Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
- Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
- Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
- High reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
- Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
Language Requirement: Proficient English, Kazak, Russian, Uzbek
