Manager - Sales - SaaS Software (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for tech-savvy and dynamic Manager-Sales to bring predictability to our growth. Build the right ICP pipeline and chase the revenue goals for India and beyond. This role will have an opportunity to work with the decision-makers in High growth startups and Unicorns across geographies. The role will include; fully understanding products, and offerings as well its unique advantage to build a new industry in Asia.

This will be a full-time opportunity.

What you will be responsible for

- Fearlessly prospect to drive new business (Hunter) - You are closing a new logo business.

- Create relevant and attractive content & campaigns

- Hunting of leads through various channels including Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc

- Qualify leads, convert to opportunities, and help in close deals for new business in existing customer accounts while maintaining visibility over overall account activity.

- Create, implement and own the expansion pipeline

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate market needs.

- Understanding of metrics for SaaS Sales

- Leverage internal resources to help accelerate the process or mitigate risk.

- Ensure process documentation is accurate and timely for transparency throughout the account team.

- Collaborate with Marketing by providing feedback and input on customer marketing campaigns.

- Articulate  value proposition clearly and effectively while understanding the competitive landscape

- Be hands-on with different CRM and sales enablement tools

- Excellent team management skills

What would qualify you

- SaaS experience a MUST: You have at least 2 years of experience in Sales of a SaaS company or in selling software

- Overall experience in running sales - You have 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a Technology company

- You love building and managing relationships with brands and key stakeholders

- Good at listening and articulation of thoughts

- Startup or Entrepreneurial DNA - You love seeing the value you create in a company and are excited to join a fast-growing startup

- Great communication skills - You can write and speak 

- A proven track record. You can't wait to tell us how awesome you are at generating new business.
