Job Brief :-

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions to every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities:-

- Present, promote and sell SenseHawk software products & related services using solid arguments and consultative selling approach to existing and prospective customers.

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

- Lead contract negotiations with target accounts.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams including marketing, technical service center, legal, finance and operation management, etc. to ensure smooth fulfillment of sales orders.

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.

- Forecast sales, developing - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

- Involved in strategic growth opportunities that the company is pursuing.

- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

- Continuously improve through feedback.

- Depending on the evolving needs of the business, leader may also be tasked to manage other sales personnel.

Requirements and Qualifications :-

- Prior Solar Industry Sales and Key account management experience in middle east is required.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.

- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in over achieving quota.

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

- BS/BA degree or equivalent.

- Solid understanding of solar market.

- Prior experience in Software industry will be added plus.

- Competency in office software tools.
