Sales Manager - Software Services ( Retail OR E-commerce)

Position Name : Sales Manager

Location : Bangalore

Experience Range - 7-18 years

Salary Range - 25 - 30 Lac

Mandatory Requirement :

1) BE + MBA

2) Should have done software selling to retail OR eCommerce client

The company has worldwide presence with it's HQ at Bangalore and design or business centres at Houston, Austin, San Jose, San Diego, New Jersey, Sweden and Singapore. It has a strong team of semiconductor and software development engineers working with all the major tier1 and tier2 companies in India, USA, Europe and Singapore.

Over the years, the client has established a formidable track record in successfully delivering over hundreds of clients' projects in varied domains across the globe.

Job Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, strategizing and meeting the business targets, focused on increasing revenues :

- Have a deep understanding of services and value proposition to end customers.

- Should have experience of opening new accounts in segments like Retail, eCommerce, Automotive, Software products, Analytics, Cloud, OEMs, Wireless Networks: Need deep experience in at least three of these segments.

- Should have experience of working in startup kind of environment. Should be a self starter.

- Managing the sales cycle, end to end, from identifying viable business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, submitting proposals, negotiation and closures.

- The ideal candidate will need to be well informed about industry trends in the local as well as international markets.

- Should have established relationships at executive level in the prospect companies.

- Experience : 7 to 18 years.

- IC to begin with. He / she will build a team as we grow.

- The person should have experience of opening new accounts from at least 3 of these segments: Retail, eCommerce, Automotive, Software products, Analytics, Cloud, OEMs, Wireless Networks
