Manager - Sales - Residential/IPC (3-7 yrs)
- We are looking for candidates who are working in real estate segment catering to HNI Clients only for Luxury or Premium Residential properties in western line
- Focusing on Direct Sales through HNI Clients for premium segment residential properties
- Need analysis of Customer's precise requirements and provide customized solutions accordingly.
- Research Projects across geographical location and study them in depth.
- Keep the service level intact by bridging the gap between customers and developer on the various parameters (project related, financial, legal etc).
- Networking with clients, consultants and realtors
- Database Management for HNI clients
- Closing the deals to earn brokerage and maintaining healthy relationship for long term venture with future business options
