A MNC who are into manufacturing of Printing and Packaging Machinery are looking for Sales Manager - to be based in Delhi and handle North and East region

Position Summary

- Develop the business and market share for Flexible Material machines which includes Gravure, Flexo, Coating Lamination and Metalising and optimize the operations for machine sales

Main Responsibilities

- Manage the optimum Market coverage for the Flexible Packaging products Range for the Business Area North & East. Create the best customer relationship with the key decision maker within customer's companies at all level. Participate to the overall customer satisfaction in collaboration with our service department

Duties and Responsibilities:-

- Update regularly the business situation based on deep knowledge of industry structure and trends, customer structure and needs, local competition, complete local market analysis and group level product strategy.

- Organize and consolidate the forecast with the sales force for reporting to the management and participate in setting the sales objectives.

- Participate on the local sales and objectives with Client and Business Area-Flexible Material /Product Line's in India, implement it locally and ensure the follow-up of the objectives.

- Key account management

- participate the promotional needs, plan and organize local exhibitions, seminars and product presentation/promotion.

- Follow-up trade associations participate and represent the Group.

- Constantly watch for new trends and evolution. Report the business situation appropriately and periodically.

- Willing to travel extensively and put in extra hours

- Brand Positioning

- Competition Activity

- Networking with Ancillaries, Consumables and other support machine suppliers

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes

- Working experience in front line Sales at a mid - management position either as an Assistant Manager Sales or Regional Sales Head.

- High Flair for Sales and Self Driven

- Good Communication and Presentation Skills,

- Good Business Acumen

- Pleasing Personality

- Capability to interact with customers at a proprietor / senior level.

- Good & Sound Family Background

- Strong Technical Aptitude

- Good Logical & Reasoning Ability

- Should be Social and capable to entertain people at different levels

Education and Experience

- Member with 10 - 12 years of experience in an MNC in the field of High Value Capital Goods Sale for the Flexible Industry such as Printing Line, Extrusion Machine, Blown Film etc. Graduate engineer either in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical and Plastic or Printing area or equivalent.

- Preference would be given to a member with Post graduation degree which is desirable but not essential.
