Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for imparting relevant training to business associates eg. Pharmacists, hospitals, clinics & other relevant external stakeholders
- Understand the pharmacy Go-to-market models in the industry and design best-in-class solutions in India Pharmacy channel.
- As part of Commercial Excellence team, align Pharmacy with Customer Marketing, Modern Trade, and Marketing Teams to ensure access of company's products to the last mile .
- Guide Regional Pharmacy managers to implement Pharmacy channel projects at National level and work with Sales Leadership Teams to drive the Pharmacy agenda and realize the targeted growth
- Continuous review and development of Sales Systems, Processes and SOPs related to Pharmacy Channels and share with relevant stakeholders
- Review Infrastructure Requirement and work with the Sales Leadership Teams for execution across region wide distributors. Drive commercial efficiencies in the Pharmacy through optimization of channel partner commercial models with collaboration with Commercial Finance.
- Develop actionable Analytics& Insights on the underlying dynamics behind sales and distribution for providing Pharmacy solutions to the Sales Leadership team
Education & Experience :
- 5-10 yrs. sales experience
- FMCG experience required
- Pharmacy experience essential for this role
