Our clients are a Leading Pharma API organization. They have profitable & growing operations.

Our clients are looking for highly accomplished Sales Managers based in Mumbai & Hyderabad to take ownership of the Sales Functions of the Region. Must have strong strategic & operational experience.

Will report to the Head - Sales.

Will be expected to drive Sales initiatives to transform the organization.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Purpose :


- This is a crucial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding markets (API and FDF businesses).


- The positions require exceptional sales acumen, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to successfully manage a team of Sales Executives. Will head a team of 2-4 KAMs and lead Emerging and Regulatory Market sales in India.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: Graduates, preferably MBAs

2. Should have 5 - 12 Years of experience in the pharma API industry

3. Must have led a team and managed rapid growth in sales in the State or Region

4. Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.

5. Proactive approach: Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution
