Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PCB Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the PCB industry. As a PCB Sales Manager/ Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales.

KRA:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and grow revenue.

- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

- Work with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in a related field such as engineering, electronics, or business.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PCB industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
