Manager - Sales - Payment Solutions Business (2-7 yrs)

Major responsibilities:
1. Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to onboard multiple accounts from your category
Manage the entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially, account management, merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth for the category
2. Revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.
3. Meet monthly onboarding & transaction targets.
Skills required:
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Target-oriented, organized team player
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Self-motivated and self-directed
