Designation : Sales Manager

Location : Pune & Surat

JD :

- Strategic Management : Increasing Market share

a) By, achieving Value and Volume targets

b) By increasing Extraction, enhancing Weighted & Numeric reach.

- Financial Management : Preparing short term and long term budgets of marketing spends and scheme costing. At the same time controlling OS/OD.

- Relationship and Channel Management : Upgrading channel partners to get desirable product mix. Motivating dealers to adapt change with time and need of market forces. Maintaining excellent relationship with channel partners for sustainable growth.

- Distribution Management : Ensuring desired visibility and presence of company's network in the given area of operation by working on existing partners and adding competition partners.

- Retail Stores Management : Generating larger foot falls on MoM basis, to company retail stores in the given area thus increasing business through them by conducting various activities.

- Marketing & scheme Management : Bringing innovative schemes and marketing ideas to enhance primary & secondary sales. Conducting various BTL activities to enhance Brand image and pull.

- Manpower Management : Building a motivated, passionate and assertive team for the benefit of organization and its stakeholders. Also ensuring their career development and overall satisfaction.
