Key Responsibilities :
1. Deliver the sales and contribution as per the business plan for the category assigned as per the scope and approvals of the laboratory dated 1st July, 2020.
2. Making sales calls and meetings with the new/existing clients in the potential market of grapes, processed food and aqua in the western & southern region.
3. Design and manage the operations for the category (pre-sales, logistics until the sample receipt at the laboratory and post-reporting service) as per the business plan.
4. Controlling the expenses for sales, marketing and operations as per the business plan.
5. Manage relationships with customers, ensure high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction, and respond to sales enquiries and customer queries.
6. Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each service and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
7. Responsible for the planning, recruitment assistance, direction, organization and control of operational executives and samplers to accomplish specific objectives.
