Manager - Sales - Oracle Enterprise Application (10-15 yrs)

- Our client is one of the few companies in India who have developed solutions around the Oracle Enterprise Application. They are a significant player in Oracle implementation and support.

- They have also developed a few enterprise software products which go significantly in fast implementation of large projects. To cater to their aggressive growth plans they are now looking for a person to spearhead this initiative.

What You- ll Be Doing :

- As the Sales Manager you are responsible for the business development and topline. You will be selling the Enterprise Solutions and support in the Oracle Business Suites framework and associated services and support to high-value customers across customers in the Indian Markets.

- You will also be developing the international markets especially the North American Enterprise customer

- You will have to manage - sales, service, and maintain clients.

- Our client also provides enterprise wide support on the Oracle Business Enterprise platform

- Have a deep relationship with all clients

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients across industries.

- You will be working closely with the deployment team to scope plan and execute deliveries across geographies.

- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the production team

- Keeping abreast of issues affecting industry / market and collecting competitor intelligence

- Map and develop funnels for potential customers across industry vertical.

- An excellent business sense in order to effectively consult with customers @ C-Level and develop an enterprise-wide strategy for growth.

- Provide accurate and detailed forecasts of identified and proposed opportunities, develop customer database, to track opportunities and create campaigns

- Please note this is an individual contributor role.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- MBA / BE

- Around 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B Sales in Indian markets / North Americal markets

- Strong background in consultative sales and delivering high value solutions

- Travel at least 30 to 50% of the time

- Proactive, goal oriented individual with superior verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts

- With B2b sales and technology selling experience, preferably selling technology products.

- Leadership and People management is an obvious need
