Samsung - Manager - Sales Operations/Supply Chain Management - Online Business - FMCD - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

SECTION 1

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The candidate will be responsible for the overall sales operations for the Samsung's online business, which will include sales forecasting, production coordination, supply chain management, partner credit management and scheme design, settlement.

The role is a key role in the business which would need sharp planning along with ability to focus on both internal and external customers

SECTION 2

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Consolidate India demand based on inputs from Senior KAMs

- Account wise forecast accuracy, supply chain management

- Red flag ageing

- Work with offline SOP team to ensure the correct system inputs on AP1, AP2 in comparison to plans made by the sales team

- Online sales scheme budget control, schemes roll out

- Partner credit management, partner claim management

- Work with internal stake holders to develop the required APIs with portals to capture entire sales journey from Samsung till customer

- Lead a team of SCM, billing team of on-roll and off-roll employees

- Weekly sellin achievement in accordance with demand input

SECTION 3

KEY RESULT AREAS

- Deliver weekly & monthly revenue biz goals

- Prepare weekly / quarterly demand, dispatch & sellout forecast based on forecast built along with the sale team

- Ensure timely settlement of schemes to all partners

SECTION 4

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of supply chain management experience ( preferably in the e-commerce domain)

- Dynamic, self-starter and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment

- Ability to lead teams & work in a matrix environment

- MBA from top tier business school

- Ability to influence stakeholders with sound reasoning, logic and Effective communication

- Ability to own work-streams end to end i.e. from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done; Very strong bias for action

- Data oriented mind-set, Strong problem solving skills
