Manager - Sales Operations - SaaS Startup (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
Sales Operations Manager is a key member of our Global Sales Operations team, which supports sales programs impacting the sales organization. This role is critical for building, leading and developing the Sales Operations team in our Pune office.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain full ownership of sales territory planning, including creating and maintaining related territory and buying score models, communicating with sales leadership, ensuring accurate territory set up in the CRM system.
- Provide data insights for the sales organization by tracking long term sales data and creating analytical reports.
- Hire, develop and coach a team of sales operations analysts, setting up Sales Operations organization for long-term success.
- Assist in reinforcing best practices among AE's.
- Implement new technologies as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.
- Assist sales and marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods.
- Implement new technologies as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.
- Train staff on new technology and software.
- Own ad-hoc requests and projects from Sales Leadership Team
Required Qualifications :
- Three+ years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility and demonstrated team leading skills.
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar function.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
- Proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce. Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to work well in groups.
