Responsibilities:- Maintain full ownership of sales territory planning, including creating and maintaining related territory and buying score models, communicating with sales leadership, ensuring accurate territory set up in the CRM system.
- Provide data insights for the sales organization by tracking long term sales data and creating analytical reports.
- Hire, develop and coach a team of sales operations analysts, setting up Sales
- Operations organization for long-term success.
- Assist in reinforcing best practices among AE's.
- Implement new technologies as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.
- Assist sales and marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods.
- Implement new technologies as needed to support the marketing and sales teams.
- Train staff on new technology and software.
- Own ad-hoc requests and projects from Sales Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications :
- 2 years in a Managerial position with increasing responsibility and demonstrated team leading skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar function.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
- Proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce. Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to work well in groups.
