Pet Preforms - Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Establishing short / long term budgets & corporate strategies for achievement of top line & bottom-line targets across the assigned region.

- Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.

- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.

- Overseeing the sales & marketing operations for Pet Preforms

- Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing sales plans to build consumer preference.

- Utilizing client feedback and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Conducting training sessions to boost the soft skills of the associates.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.

Preferred Experience :

- Candidate Must have exp in Pet Preforms Sales & Marketing.

Salary Range: 15-30 LPA
