Sales & Marketing Manager

Job description:

- Learn the technical details concerning how our product works and what problems it solves for our clients

- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients

- Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback.

- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meeting.

- Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.

- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.

- Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

Requirements:

- Graduation is a must, B.Tech/PGpreferable.

- Work experience of 5-10 yrs as a Sales Executive or a similar role in the Sales Department.

- Must have working knowledge of Industrial ETP, WTP, Waste water Evaporator, Industrial RO, Industrial Products and Industrial Equipments etc.
