Job Profile / Specific desirable experiences/Preferred knowledge areas:
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing Farm Machinery business for entire Sri Lanka market.
- Achieving the sales volumes, market share & profit targets by executing sales and marketing plan for varied product ranges including farm products.
- To formulate strategies bases on Market & competition intelligence
- Develop new markets entry strategy
- Growing the existing markets and finalize the annual business plan in terms of sales & marketing plans.
- To ensure robust Sales processes & standards are implemented with Distributors and dealers.
- To ensure Customer Satisfaction and drive CAPs scores
- To ensure Distributor & Dealer satisfaction
- Execute product plan by having Product Launches in time by coordination with Product Development Team.
- To ensure liaising with Government & PR activities with various ministries in target markets
- Strong business & personal relationships with major export houses in India & overseas markets to manage the bulk deal opportunities
- To ensure dealer & distributor Manpower capability building
- To ensure people capability building
- To ensure high brand equity in the overseas locations
- To identify strategic locations for channel development and market representation
