Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise the Inside Sales (back end sales) operations of the Inside Sales Engineers/Executives and ensure the operations are done within the defined timelines and with high quality

- Ensure and monitor timely and correct weekly/monthly/ quarterly/yearly reporting to company by Inside sales Team

- Will be entrusted to make reports, presentations for the Managing Director on an ongoing basis

- Take complete responsibility of the planning & co-ordination of the company stall at the Industrial Exhibitions & other marketing activities. Ensure that the company branding is taken care

- Take complete responsibility of the Sales planning in coordination with Local Divisional heads

- Take complete responsibility of tracking orders and follow-up of the orders with Production Unit based at Europe to meet customer demands of timely delivery.

- Work on process improvements, come up with new trackers etc. to ensure accurate reporting on shipments, sales, order bookings etc. details to the Managing Director

- Should be able to effectively co-ordinate with different Departments like Logistic, Finance, Sales etc.

- Well versed in any CRM & ERP software, Sales invoicing software etc. in order to extract reports and lifecycle management.
