JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

Education : Engineering degree / Masters in Ceramics & Glass / Chemical / Material Science Engineering

- Post graduate study such as Diploma in Management OR advance Management - Not must for application but would have advantage.

- A minimum of +15 years- experience in an industrial B2B sales company as a Sales & Marketing, Business Development Manager. Working experience in a MNC will make you a strong candidate for the job.

- Experience Industry : All kinds of Minor Minerals, Ceramics (Traditional including Refractories, Kiln Furniture & Advance Ceramics, Insulation Materials)

Job dimension :

West Asia Perimeter : India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka

Markets : Traditional Ceramics

Main end Markets : Sanitary ware, Tiles, Tableware, Electro Porcelain, Advance Ceramics, E-Glass & Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) Catalysts.

Country : India (position) Worldwide (scope)

Key responsibilities :

- Sustain sales through active Sales Management, set long term growth targets and deploy plans with the team to drive towards sales goal.

- Achieve sales and business developments targets for Ceramic (West Asia).

- Participate in the preparation of short to medium term business plans.

- Establish and monitor the sales budget and forecast according to company's standards.

- Manage team & nurture future sales leaders.

Key tasks :

- Expand existing business and identify new markets.

- Create an efficient and profitable Agent/Distributor network : measure Agent/Distributor's performance,

- Choose the best partners for our mid/long term future.

- Determine needs for our customers- technical support to develop sales : Depending on missions required, involve the various technicians available within Ceramics and/or perform technical work directly at the customer premises.

- Report effectively on the Key Accounts, and support other Key Account Managers to build their Account plans for strategic customers

- Communicate effectively internally and externally with the team (call reports) and our customers, use the various tools available to serve this purpose, give feedback about the local competitive landscape and market perspectives

- Feed our central Marketing team with key marketing and customer information

- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to enable a smooth flow of business in the area

- Establishing policies and procedures for smooth functioning of sales & marketing
