Manager - Sales - Manufacturing/Agriculture (8-12 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Dealer Management and Performance - Behaviour, KPIs and CX
- Day to day management and coaching of field sales people
- Mentoring and development of field sales people
- Ground level strategy deployment for team and area
- Gather Market Intelligence
Role Requirements:
- 8 -12 yrs of Experience in Sales, Distribution, and People Management.
- Experience in building, training and nurturing performing teams
- Basic knowledge of the agriculture industry with knowledge on machinery such as pumps and their applications.
- Understands rural sales and marketing.
- Be able to proactively contribute to formulation and deployment of sales strategy.
