Manager - Sales - Manufacturing (7-12 yrs)
- Experienced in collection and collation of market information and use it to identify and fill the product gaps through specific market segment targeting
- Proven abilities in management of market segments and product portfolio, related product pricing, product release, customer mapping, RFQ generation, business development, ensure profitability maintenance, etc.
- Identify and win rate contracts with key institutional customers; Strategic & Key Account Management, handling Industrial distributors and developing new network of strong distributors
- Drive profitable sales growth within the industrial market through a combination of new customer acquisitions and organic growth at existing accounts
- Responsible for understanding specifications at key OEMs/End users and driving solutions through appropriate product options, assess technical queries / complaints from market/projects and resolve them, use inputs from customer evaluations and discussions internally to solve quality-related issues
- Skilled in creating reviews and reports with sales and financial data and presenting to the management
