Manager - Sales - Lubricant Manufacturer (8-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to increase the revenue of the Lubricant Manufacturing Division.
- Maintain and build long term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Seek for potential new clients and turn this into existing clients.
- Coach and manage a sales team to achieve the goals.
- Categorize and create new business opportunities.
- Accomplish sales strategies and activities to reach sales targets.
- Negotiate and handle objections with customers to expand company profits.
- Develop sales plan that includes marketing knowledge such as competitors, price structure and market structure.
Experience:
- A relevant experience of a minimum of about 8-12 years in B2B sales function from Lubricant , Tyre, Addictive, Battery or Paints Industry background
Qualifications:
- Degree is required BE (Chemical, Mechanical) with MBA preferred.

- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior management
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
