We are hiring for our client deals in Interior Lifestyle product copmpany with MBO across PAN India.
Job Role:
- Lead the kitchen vertical by driving premium kitchen sales and guiding the design team. Present concepts to HNI clients, architects, and designers with a strong focus on conversions.
- Leverage experience in luxury kitchens or modular solutions and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools to support design development.
- Maintain showroom standards aligned with the brand's luxury positioning and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, and timely project execution.
- Oversee site installations, resolve client issues, and ensure smooth handovers.
- Collaborate with other verticals like bathrooms and wood flooring for cross-selling.
- Act as a bridge between Store Head and the kitchen team, ensuring communication and execution.
- Manage and mentor a small team while maintaining a performance-driven environment.
- Travel to client sites and architect offices as needed.
- Uphold brand representation with confidence, polish, and professionalism.
