Manager - Sales IT Systems (5-7 yrs)

End-to-end responsibility for managing sales IT initiatives in the organization including:

- Business Ownership

- Own the design, development & enhancement of DMS, SFA and allied programs - a predictive analytics platform to increase the efficiency of FF to result in incremental retail sales growth (iStore), a WhatsApp based conversational AI chatbot (iAssistant), business analytics

- Strong ability to mine/collate, understand, analyze and prioritize business requirements truly enabling IT as a gateway to better sales efficiencies

- Own the business logics involved in integration and maintenance of process chains b/w internal GSK IT systems

- Manage regional sales IT support teams

- Coordination with IT

- Coordinate with Regional Commercial Excellence Managers to enable a two-way communication on operational escalations/ strategic decisions

- Coordinate with IT to manage application maintenance support by external vendors and ensure SLA compliance

- Support training, deployment (rollout) of DMS, SFA and allied programs

- Team Management

- Leading/liaising with a team of resources involved

- Owning execution of sales IT systems in the region

- Coordination of operational IT issues b/w field teams/vendor

- MIS resources engaged on execution of business analytics
