We have an immediate job openings for the position of IT sales manager in one of the good companies.

Designation : Manager Sales & Business Development

Work Location : Mumbai

Experience : 7 -10 Years

Preferred Qualification : MBA (preferable) or a 4 Year undergrad degree

Notice Period : immediate to 15 days

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Manager Sales & Business Development to generate leads and gets new business. In this role you would build relationships with potential clients and act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. You would also need to do account management related work as listed below.

Skills Outlined:

- Ability to effectively work in a teaming/overlay role in a complex selling environment.

- Interact with the new clients, keep track of all the contact details for future re-fence. Be in regular touch/ communication with the existing clients and new clients

- Act as the primary connection between the clients and the internal teams

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and pass on critical information to the leadership team for a timely decision making.

- Collaborate with the OEM sales team to advance key infrastructure and cloud management opportunities

- Achieve the given Sales targets on a timely basis

- Once a Sale is closed, ensure timely collection of Payment and invoicing for the same. Only after these, it can be considered as a Sale

- Present at forums and community events to create eminence for Techzert portfolio of services

- Interact with our Channel partners and their global Business team leaders for collaborative business

- Collaborate with different internal teams like HR/Delivery/Sales team to share timely information

- Be thorough in communication with the management as well as with the clients.

- Technical Exposure in IBM Middleware Technologies (IIB, MQ, Data Power, API Connect etc) will be an added advantage

Account Management:

- Develop and manage relationships with the clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

- Should be proactive in taking the lead in interacting with the client and ensure that the relationship is maintained with the client for a smooth and successful business increase.

- Should interface with the Technical leads on the projects to ensure that the client is up to date on the project.

- Ability to understand the client needs/pain points and coming out with solutions, in line with Techzert's offerings

Must have:

- Proven experience as Sales & Business Development

- Experience in selling both a direct and an indirect or channel driven model.

- Expertise in tapping prospects, analysing their requirements, rendering technical guidance to the client, end to end project coordination and negotiating (commercially) for the orders and close deals with Multicultural Decision Makers and Business leaders with varied Academic background from IT, Finance and Operations.

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on client needs

- Competent in determining market potential and develop pricing strategy, good knowledge in preparing technical & Commercial offers / proposals, along with handling Contract Agreement.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
