Job Description

Sales Manager

Role and Responsibilities :

- Administer ByPT business development outbound activities and opportunity pipeline (covering 4 geographies)

- Generate new business opportunities by conducting meetings with potential prospects, identifying the underlying business/tech challenges

- Work with the global sales advisor to define and execute the appropriate go-to-market strategy

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CIOs, and C-suite-level influencers, IT business leaders, including existing clients and otherwise to identify selling opportunities

- Build & Maintain relationships with Partners

- Collaborate with global sales advisor and company leadership to interpret customer demand and market insights to evaluate opportunities, develop sales plans and execute strategies

- Manage the sales cycle - qualify opportunities, create proposal, work on closures

- Build relations with delivery team to meet project resourcing requirements Requirements

- The candidate should be an MBA or a graduate from a reputed institution

- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management or sales development management with a consistent proven track record of sales to clients within India / outside India

- Strong understanding of deal cycle including thorough qualification, pre-sales collaboration and nurturing to determine potential opportunities

- Understanding of multiple verticals and industry trends based on which the solutions could be proposed, and engagements closed

- Ability to gain access and influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations

- Outstanding written & oral communication skills; able to adapt communication style to suit different stakeholders and cultures

- Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal with motivation and support; consistently demonstrating strong people management

Location : The position is based in Ahmedabad and will involve travel in India/outside India Employment

Type : Full time
