Our Client deals in multiple International Products like Wallpaper from Belgium, Acoustic Panel from Australia, Loose Furniture from UK, Partition & Blinds from France, etc . and works with all Big Architecture Firms and Contracting companies in India in Corporate Interior Space.
We are scouting for Sales Manager - West (Mumbai & Pune). We are calling for candidate how have a good connect with Architects, Hospitality and Contracting Companies ( Corporate Interior Space) .
Key Responsibilities
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & Leadership skills
- Responsible for the sales target and marketing plan to accomplish the company's target
- Have excellent relations with Architect, PMC, Builders
- Continually contact with customers and designers to present company products
- Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude
- Coordinate with the internal team effectively
- Should work independently with the above criteria- s
- Handling collection, pending payments & debtor status and ensuring nil outstanding
- Demonstrated abilities in implementing strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, promoting multiple brands for business excellence.
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and seminars.
- Identifying potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development
- Co-ordination with commercial team to ensure timely delivery of material at customer sites.
- Monitoring the projects at the micro-level and keep an update on the day to day activities of the branches and the projects in the respective regions
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Selling all company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
- Good Hands-on work experience about our modular furniture industry.
- Need to maintain a good relationship with the architects and PMC's in the location.
- Need to get an order from the corporates, architects.
- Giving a presentation to the clients about our products.
Location: Mumbai
Qualification : Graduate & MBA or Equivalent.
Experience: 5 to 10 years.
Industry: Office Furniture, False Ceilings, Flooring, etc.
