About Process :

- Handled a span of 150 Agent and minimum 3 Assistant Manager

- Primary responsibility will be to take care of day to day work allocation to SDE's interacting with client

- Attending Client calls and other important meetings

- Conduct Weekly, SMR, Project Review

- Daily Team meetings

- Passing on the process updates to the team members

- Maintaining Weekly reports

- Handling P&N for the process to ensure margins are met

- Daily reports and interacting with the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager and the team to improve the process

Requirement :

- Excellent Written and spoken communication skills in English & Hindi (8/10)

- Excellent Excel skill

- Client Management

- Successful in driving sales-oriented role(lead generation Insurance portfolio)

- Analytical Skill and able to handled huge data volume

- Should be able to create strategies to ensure targets are achieved with no penalty

Education :

- Graduate/PostGraduate & Should be from Insurance sales background having 8 to 10 years of Outbound Sales Inbound, tele calling, lead generation

Shift timings: 9 hours - 6 days working

Weekly Off : 1 rotational off
