Manager - Sales - Insurance

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Manager located in Kochi.

- The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for business in general Insurance leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

- Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, training new team members, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the finance department to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of the Insurance industry

- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively

- Knowledge and experience in Finance related to insurance sales

- Proficiency in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Licensing and certifications relevant to the insurance industry are advantageous
